I've had many charms in my time as a juggalo, and almost all of them were junk. This is just like the old charms that were sold on hatchetgear, without the official stamp on the back. For the price, it's a much better deal than any of the official charms made today. The chain it came with was deffinatly NOT a 24" chain, but it's still a very good, quality chain.
To top it off, I got it two days earlier than estimated.
