First, the item was shipped, PROMPTLY. Ordered on Friday, received on Monday.
Second, the item looks exactly like the photo, which is good because we all will buy it due to the photo.
Only thing I wasnt happy about, is the cloth wrapping the pendant comes in instead of a solid box.
It is nice though, and I would definitely recommend it.
