nice product-The style of the jewelry display gift box was very nice but overpriced.The white gift box it came in was torn so I have to go and spend more money on that because I didn't have time to wait for the delivery of a new one. The box is very aesthetically pleasing and holds a heavy necklace nicely. However, the first time I tried to open the clasp, the entire band holding the top snap came completely out of the slot into which it was anchored. The slot is very, very narrow, making it almost impossible to glue the snap back into place without ruining the material. I did notify Amazon, however, my only option was to return the item for a refund, not an exchange. Since this is for a birthday present that must be mailed this week, I had to try to repair the box rather than risk ordering a new one. This is a very nice box that I got for my mom so she can give her doctor a retirement gift to store a necklace.
It is a nice gift box and can be used long term for storage.
