I feel like this necklace is stylish, and like my past Trion-Z products, I do feel a difference when I wear it for a few days at a time and when I do not. Placebo or not, you can decide for yourself.
I got the Large because I have a 17.5" neck, but I feel like I should have gotten a medium. I really like how it fits and lies when I am wearing it casually, but when I am running, lifting, or doing cross fit, it bounces up into my face and is annoying.

I was in the mist of my P90X workout when I began experiencing pain in the left sie of my neck. My friend who is also a reached already had been wearing the Trion Z, and so I decided to take it for a spin. I can only say that since wearing the Trion Z I have experience a a great deal of pain in left side of my neck. It has been a week and I am pain free. I must say I am a very skeptical person and whether it acts as a placebo or is the real think - the bottom line is that it works for me.
The necklacesare great and are offered a wide range of colors and sizing options, which separates from the other necklaces on the market. The rubber bands don't irritate your wrist even with extended wear; they are machine washable and are lightweight. Although all can be worn both during dry or wet activities, bracelet dries off quickly. All have elastic properties that allow them to be easily put on and removed without stretching out. The bracelets are designed to capitalize on the ionic technology that is supposed to increase energy by neutralizing the positive ions absorbed by the body through hi-tech devices such as: cell phones, machinery and computers.
The necklaces are stylish and hip. Trion Z managed to still be "cool" and functional. Many pro gold tour players wear them, so there must be some merit to the technology. However, it's hard to recognize a significant increase in energy due to the "neutralization" of the hi-tech trappings of our daily lives. The cloth bracelets are extremely durable, but it's best not to get them wet. They take much too long to dry and will retain a stench or order. The Active brand can be worn at all times but is limited in sizing options.
The bottom line is if you are looking for a nice accessory that is casual but subtle, yet has an athletic vibe, this is the necklaces for you. If you're looking for a drug guaranteed to increase energy and stamina, try a pill from a health store. At least the bracelet serves as a mental placebo that jumps starts a desire to increase activity and clarity.
