Guess I'm bad at knowing what 4.6mm is. Bought this for my boyfriend, but when I got it, it looked really small for a man to wear. So I kept it for me. I'll try to remember to attach a picture, with something for reference. Decent construction - just had a different expectation and wasn't able to use it as it was purchased for.Very nice product By Ricardo Hernandez
