First, I am a huge geek, and I know that buying Star Trek Jewelry makes me even more of a geek. (But I don't care!) Non-Star Trek fans think stuff like this is lame, and sadly, articles about this new line of Trek Jewelry even have Trekies saying it's lame. (Again, I don't care. I love it.) I got more than one pendant from this line, and this one was turned out to be the smallest. I had imagined it bigger when I was buying it. However, the black crystals are tiny and shiny, and the pendant is solid and has a good weight to it for it's size. At first, I was bummed that it wasn't bigger, but now that I've tried it on, I think it's a really nice size. It's not as bling-tastic as the "Bubble" one but I think it's more wearable. The chain is just ok. It works, it's a good length but it's not the same quality as the pendant itself. All in all, Colour me a happy a happy geek. It's a fun bit of fan jewelery, it's made well, and it's a decent price.
