My wife is in a nursing home, after suffering a stroke 6 years ago. She asked for something that would remind her of me while I wasn't there. She says everyone loves it. I've watched her when I go to visit she is constantly clutching it. Don't be fooled by it's appearance. It is not the size of a dog tag..
I forgot to mention why she is in the nursing home.I live with our daughter because I have cancer and can't take care of her anymore.
