I really, really like this bracelet. It arrives looking just as it is pictured on the website, with the bulky factor being a large part of the appeal. However, the only issue of note, which may apply to some guys, is directly related to the bracelet style. At a length of 8 1/2 inches, which is pretty normal for a man's bracelet (I have several at this length), you'll find that the fit is definitely different than a 'flat' bracelet. The flat bracelet at 8 1/2 inches would likely leave quite a bit of slack, even on a very thick wrist (my wrist being thicker than some, but not very thick), but the Sailor and Round bracelet was actually too short to fit around my wrist. It was impossible to fasten the T-bar clasp. My solution was to take the bracelet to a jeweler, where in a $12 procedure, they added three virtually identical small links to the link that held the T-bar. This was just enough to get the length and slack that I desired. I receive a ton of compliments on every wear...great piece!
