This is such a good gift to give! I bought this for my girlfriends for her birthday and she absolutely loves it! I don't really wear necklaces so I put my half on my key chain that I bring everywhere. Everything is good quality and we have had them almost a month and a my girlfriend even wears it swimming and it is still in great shape! This pendant is a great couple's heart! I was looking for a nice looking heart that wasn't just a heart cut in two. I was looking for design, sleekness, diamonds, and stainless steel. You get all that with this. The design is intricate and distinct. I didn't want a half heart because it looks like the heart was ripped in two or broken up. This has a nice curvy design that's very artistic and shines with the diamond accents. The chain is also very nice. It's not just a common chain, but has a hook clip to it. i am currently on deployment, as all of my reviews will say for now until i get home. I ordered this necklace for me and my wife to wear while i was away. the package came in good timing, no problems with it. My wife loved the idea of this, the only problem she had is a minor skin irritation from the chain that came with it. just got her a different one to replace it and now there's no issue. i love it, i wear it everyday, shower with it on and have no issues with irritation. We both agree that the quality of this item is great. I have had no issues with it breaking at all, hopefully saying that won't jinx me. But overall the only reason i didnt give it 5 stars is(people never believe 5 stars) but mostly because of my wife's skin irritation. if you're one of those people that has irritations to a fake silver or "fake" chains, the charm won't bother you, you'll have to get a seperate chain to wear it on.
