BEAUTIFUL chain, perfect for my 15 yr old son. Received the chain on 3/30 [birthday], and the clasp broke [stopped catching], 3/31. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Loved the chain, but next time I'll go to a jeweler. Easier to fix, easier to deal with, just a better way to shop.FOLLOW UP...Called Amazon who was helpful and courteous. Also called a local fine jewelry store who said they could replace the clasp for me.No point in going through the hassle of returning, waiting for Zilver Zoom to "inspect" it and then send another, no less having to pay to ship it, delivery confirmation, signature, etc. though Amazon was gracious in offering to reimburse. Still, the clasp is the key to the item, as my jeweler friends told me, and I have a feeling I'd get another one and it would be defective. Also, they say it's MADE IN ITALY and when the package was received there is no documentation of any sort showing that it is made there. Furthermore, the gift box is a 2 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch box. You probably have something nicer in your attic. Nothing special. If you order, BEWARE. The clasp is garbage and MADE IN ITALY is questionable. Go to the mall and get something there, you'll be happier in the long run.
