This is everything it appears to be: .925 Sterling Silver, well made, heavy, good lobster claw clasp, polished to a nice shine. If you want other sizes, contact the seller (Sabrina Silver), they are very easy to work with.
I only had one issue and it was easily fixed: I ordered it in a 4mm size and was not pleased with the thickness of the chain compared to my neck. I'm 5'11', over 200 lbs., with an 18" neck. The 4mm size was just too petite for me. I contacted the seller in email and got a prompt response. They agreed to exchange the 4mm for a 5mm size and I paid the difference (over the phone with a credit card). The larger size was almost double the price, but well worth it. It is much heavier and looks quite a bit larger. I received it very quickly and was very happy with the exchange. The 20" length is perfect for my neck. It hangs just enough to not be a choker but is still visible when I wear my shirts buttoned up to the next-to-last button. It looks great and is very comfortable to wear because of the rounded box link shape.
